we have what you need for
Whether you have 1, 10, 100 or 1000+ employees, there is a policy available that fits your employees’ needs and your company’s budget! Let Neldal Insurance agents use their expertise — and access to dozens of carriers — to help you find a great policy at a great price.
Group Health Insurance is an employee benefit offered by the employer. In this competitive labor market, this benefit aids in the attraction of new employees, and it often makes the difference between keeping and losing current employees.
At Neldal Insurance, we understand that every group is different, and we take the time to find the right plan for you and your employees. That is one of the reasons why we represent such a wide variety of carriers and plan options including HMO’s, PPO’s, POS’s, and EPO’s. You can count on our expert knowledge of health insurance to design a solution to meet your insurance needs and your budget, and take the stress out of choosing a group policy. We do this for your friends and neighbors every day.
Don’t forget to ask us about other policies and programs available to add to your employee benefits package!
We have created a form that will help make this process as effortless as possible for all parties.
Please take the time to fill out your information and one of our agents will contact you within two business days.

PPO Plans allow your employees to visit the in-network physician or healthcare provider of their choice without a referral from their primary care physician (PCP). HMO’s require referrals from the primary care physician (PCP).
An employee can decline coverage from their employer if they are covered by their parents or spouse’s insurance.
A Section 125 premium-only-plan (POP), is a cafeteria plan which allows employees to pay their health insurance premiums with tax-free dollars. However, employees can also use POP plans to pay individual health insurance premiums with tax-free dollars.
Using a Section 125 POP to pay for insurance premiums benefits both employers and their employees.
With many employees using the Affordable Care Act, Neldal Insurance advises all employers to purchase a POP plan and ERISA wrap to save money and protect themselves by making Department of Labor compliance automatic.
The U.S. Department of Labor conducts annual audits to review and ensure that employers are in compliance with ERISA rules, plan documentation, disclosures, and reporting requirements.
Having a wrap document helps employers minimize the risk of lawsuits and financial penalties and keeps them compliant with ERISA, Internal Revenue Code, and COBRA non-compliance laws.
The wrap document saves money and time, and shows auditors that the employer is actively monitoring and updating their health benefits plans, and committed to compliance with ERISA and other laws affecting employee benefits.
We want to make this easy for you.
